Dogs make life funny

So, my kids are in the stage of their lives that they are losing teeth. It is crazy how fast it feels like the past seven years has gone!

My daughter has had a VERY loose tooth for a few weeks. She would wiggle it and wiggle it. Thank goodness it finally came out today! It came out when I was on the phone with a business thingy, so I told her to put it somewhere that would be safe. After a while on the phone my daughter comes in crying and nearly unconsolable. Apparently she thought Poe ate her tooth!! I told her to take a deep breath, finished up the call, and then set to helping her find it.

I mean, what do you do when this happens... because the tooth fairy had to come get her tooth tonight.

After some investigation the tooth was found (thank goodness, the tooth fairy won't have to dig for it in the yard), my daughter is happy, and I now want to start training Poe to find stuff because of how interested he was in smelling the tooth.
